Terms and Conditions

• 1% / 10 Days, Net 30 Days.

• A service charge of 1% per month will be assessed to all past due invoices.

• Freight F.O.B. Factory. Drop shipments available at no additional charge.

All returns must receive proper authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at customer's expense. A restocking charge of 20% will apply on all goods accepted for credit provided such goods
are in saleable condition. Custom products and discontinued items, will not be accepted for credit.

PGI warrants products against defects in manufacture only. Because of varied uses and applications of products, no warranty is made or should be implied regarding use. It will be the buyer's responsibility to determine if a particular product will adequately protect the user. Should you have any questions on a product's capabilities, it is suggested you contact our sales department.
